Abstract
One probable and five definite examples of toxoplasma lymphadenitis are presented and attention is drawn to the histological features by which this infection may be recognised The importance of distinguishing these appearances from those found in certain forms of Hodgkin’s disease is emphasised It would appear that acquired adult toxoplasmosis is not uncommon in Dublin
