Abstract
In Chap 11 we study the constrained model with discount criteria that is the optimality criterion is the discounted reward and one constraint is imposed on a discounted cost After some preliminaries in Sect 112 in Sect 113 we give conditions under which the existence of a discount constrainedoptimal stationary policy is obtained by the Lagrange method
