Abstract

Interest continues from the person, couple, partner, people, professional, non-professional, researcher, educator and the curious across many diverse lines and across many miles around the globe. The issues of sexuality and disability remain salient as a part of the human experience. We applaud those who publish and present, as these activities are not always easy, supported, or comfortable. We also applaud those who participate in studies and those who share time, thoughts and experiences with us. Clearly, this teamwork provides the unique and continuing contributions to the literature to build the developing foundation for evidence-based and best practiced healthcare and instruction. In a few months, we will be moving forward to yet another new year of knowledge and learning. Very exciting, indeed!Sexuality and Disability provides original impact articles addressing the mental health and medical aspects of sexuality in relation to rehabilitation, hospital, academic and community settings, publishing up-to-date articles, case studies, clinical practice reports, reviews, featured articles, historical articles, special grand rounds topics, brief research reports and survey data reports. Value benefit is provided to authors through worldwide electronic exposure and professional access, while readership gains from scholarly contributions to advance the field through research, best-practice, evidence-based, and educational articles. The refined lens of individual contributions from the local and international community continues to deliver a wealth of information on the topic of sexuality and disability for the reader.
