Abstract
Radiofrequency ablation RFA is a wellestablished technique for the treatment of soft tissue tumors of the liver and kidney that has increasingly been used for both benign and malignant bone tumors such as giant cell tumor of bone GCT Reports in the literature pertaining to RFA for GCT have involved computed tomography CTguided RFA which presents several drawbacks such as radiation lack of realtime monitoring and the fact that it may be timeconsuming We report a case of GCT treated with percutaneous RFA using ultrasound guidance with CT fusion which offers a simple realtime guidance solution without radiation
