Abstract
Conservative treatment of scoliosis by orthopaedic brace has an indication in cases of moderate or mild scoliosis Its efficacy is demonstrated through the experience of several orthopaedic schools The indication to adopt an orthopaedic brace is given by curve degrees and its correggibility skeletal age of patients and cosmetical aspect The choice of the appropriate brace depends on kind and degrees of the curve We examine technical characteristics of the most common braces Milwaukee Lyonnais La Padula and their use
