Abstract

We used the common hepatic artery CHA as an inflow site for a saphenous vein graft bypass to the right coronary system during offpump coronary artery bypass grafting The CHA is a suitable inflow vessel to provide sufficient blood flow and a shortdistance bypass in case both the ascending aorta and the gastroepiploic artery are considered inadequate
