Abstract

Copolymers of 99dioctylfluorene DOF and 2thienylbenzothiadiazole DBT were synthesized by Suzuki reaction and endcapped by Nhexylcarbazole and benzene which were abbreviated as PDOFDBTCz and PDOFDBTB respectively The photophysical electrochemical and thermal properties of the copolymers were studied The results indicated that replacement of Nhexylcarbazole as endcapping group of PDOFDBT can vary light color and improve luminescence efficiency
