Towards Hybridization The Roles of Swedish NonPr

Abstract

In many parts of the Western world interventions for people with mental illness have radically changed in recent decades In the deinstitutionalized system of today the role for nonprofit organizations is generally characterized by dual goals political advocacy and service provision Here the role and function of the user movement in the Swedish mental health system is examined through a case study of all local branches of the largest nonprofit organization within the Swedish mental health field The empirical material consisted of annual reports from all local branches and was analysed through two analytical schemes concerning voice/service and conflict/consensus The analysis pointed to a user movement that still retained the basic ideas of peer support and mutual aid but were also increasingly being asked by formal service providers to represent the need of users A hybrid organization category a ‘Social Movement Peer Organization’ was identified that where social recreational activities are combined with local political advocacyEn de nombreuses parties du monde occidental les interventions à l’égard des personnes souffrant d’une maladie mentale ont été radicalement modifiées au cours des récentes décennies Dans le système actuel désinstitutionnalisé le rôle des organisations sans but lucratif se caractérise généralement par des objectifs doubles le militantisme politique et la prestation de services Le rôle et la fonction de la circulation des usagers dans le système suédois de santé mentale sont examinés ici dans le cadre d’une étude de cas de tous les bureaux locaux de l’organisation sans but lucratif la plus importante dans le secteur suédois de la santé mentale RSMH Le matériel empirique a consisté en des rapports annuels issus de tous les bureaux locaux et il a été analysé à travers deux procédures analytiques concernant la voix/le service et le conflit/le consensus L’analyse a signalé une circulation des usagers retenant encore les idées de base du soutien entre pairs et l’aide mutuelle mais qui étaient également demandées de manière croissante par les prestataires officiels de services afin de représenter le besoin des usagers Une catégorie d’organisation hybride une « organisation de pairs pour un mouvement social »  a été identifiée pour laquelle les activités de loisir sont combinées à un militantisme politique localIn weiten Teilen der westlichen Welt haben sich die Interventionen für psychisch kranke Menschen in den letzten Jahrzehnten radikal geändert Im heutigen deinstitutionalisierten System ist die Rolle der NonprofitOrganisationen im Allgemeinen durch zwei Zielsetzungen gekennzeichnet eine politische Interessenvertretung und die Bereitstellung von Dienstleistungen In dem vorliegenden Beitrag werden die Rolle und Funktion der Nutzerbewegung im schwedischen System für psychische Gesundheit mittels einer Fallstudie sämtlicher lokaler Zweigstellen der größten NonprofitOrganisation im schwedischen System für psychische Gesundheit RSMH untersucht Das empirische Material enthielt die Jahresberichte aller lokaler Zweigstellen und wurde anhand zweier analytischer Schemata im Hinblick auf die Aspekte Mitspracherecht/Dienstleistungen und Konflikt/Konsens analysiert Die Analyse wies auf eine Nutzerbewegung hin die noch immer die grundsätzlichen Vorstellungen von gegenseitiger Unterstützung und Hilfeleistung verfolgte gleichzeitig jedoch seitens der formalen Dienstleistungsanbieter vermehrt gebeten wurde die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer zu vertreten Eine hybride Organisationsform eine “PeerOrganisation für soziale Bewegung” wurde identifiziert wo soziale Freizeitaktivitäten mit lokaler politischer Interessenvertretung kombiniert werdenEn muchas partes del mundo occidental las intervenciones a favor de las personas con enfermedad mental han cambiado radicalmente en las últimas décadas En el sistema desinstitucionalizado de la actualidad el papel de las organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro se caracteriza generalmente por dos objetivos duales incidencia política y provisión de servicios Aquí se examina el papel y la función del movimiento de usuarios en el sistema de salud mental sueco mediante un estudio de caso de todas las sucursales locales de la organización sin ánimo de lucro más grande en el campo de la salud mental en Suecia RSMH El material empírico consistió en informes anuales de todas las sucursales locales y fue analizado mediante dos esquemas analíticos relativos a voz/servicio y conflicto/consenso El análisis señaló un movimiento de usuarios que todavía retenía las ideas básicas de apoyo entre iguales y ayuda mutua pero al que los proveedores de servicios formales cada vez le pedían más que representase las necesidades de los usuarios Se identificó una categoría de organización híbrida una “Organización de Movimiento Social de Iguales” en la que las actividades recreativas sociales se combinan con la incidencia política local近几十年来在西方世界的很多地方对于精神病人的干预治疗方式已经发生翻天覆地的变化。如今随着其非制度化的发展趋势精神健康领域的非盈利机构的角色可以通过两大目标来概括在政治上进行代言和提供相应的服务。本文通过对瑞典精神健康领域内最大的一个非盈利机构的所有地方分支机构进行案例研究分析了瑞典精神健康体系内的用户运动的角色和功能。我们收集了所有地方分支机构的年度报告作为经验性材料并通过两种分析方案关注意见/服务与冲突/意见统一进行了分析。分析结果显示用户运动仍然保留了同侪支持和相互协助等基本理念但是有越来越多的正规服务提供机构要求他们出来代表用户的需求。我们确认了一种混合的组织机构类别一种“社会运动型同侪机构”在这种机构中社交娱乐活动与当地政治代言很好地结合在一起。ほとんどの西洋諸国では過去10年間で、精神病を持つ人々への治療介入が根本的に変化している。今日の非制度化されたシステムでは、一般に非営利団体の役割は、政治の支持とサービス提供という二次元的な目標によって特徴付けられている。本論文では、スウェーデンのメンタル・ヘルス・システムにおけるユーザ運動の役割と機能について分析するが、スウェーデンのメンタル・ヘルス分野RSMHの中でも最大の非営利団体の各地方団体でのケーススタディを調査する。実証的な資料として、全地方団体の年次報告を用いて、声/サービスと闘争/コンセンサスに関する2つの分析計画から調査した。分析から、ユーザの動きとしてピアサポートと相互扶助の基本的な考え方を保持しているが、正式なサービスプロバイダーによるユーザの必要性が要求されていることがわかった。「社会運動相互支援団体」というハイブリッドな組織カテゴリにおいては、社会的なレクリエーション活動が地方政治の支持に結合されることを特定化した。في أجزاء كثيرة من العالم الغربي، تغيرت التدخلات لذوي الأمراض العقلية جذريا في العقود الأخيرة في نظام اليوم لإخراج مرضى الصحة العقلية إلى خدمات الصحة العقلية المجتمعية كتطور في هيكل الرعاية الصحية العقلية، يتميز دور المنظمات الغير ربحية بالأهداف المزدوجة الدعوة السياسية وتقديم الخدمات هنا، يتم فحص دور و وظيفة حركة المستخدم في نظام الصحة العقلية السويدية من خلال دراسة حالة لجميع الفروع المحلية لأكبر منظمة غير ربحية في مجال الصحة العقلية السويدية RSMH تألفت هذه المواد التجريبية من التقارير السنوية من جميع الفروع المحلية، تم التحليل من خلال إثنين من المخططات التحليلية، فيما يتعلق بالصوت/الخدمة والصراع/الآراء أشار التحليل لحركة المستخدم الذي لا يزال يحتفظ بالأفكار الأساسية لدعم النظير والمساعدات المتبادلة، لكن تم أيضا˝ طلب متزايد من قبل مقدمي الخدمة الرسميين لإستعراض الحاجة لمستخدمين وحددت فئة منظمة مختلطة، وهي “ الحركة الاجتماعية لمنظمة النظراء”، حيث يتم الجمع بين الأنشطة الترفيهية الإجتماعية مع الدعوة السياسية المحلية
