Abstract
Male circumcision is one of the oldest surgical procedures known in the world and probably the most common minor operation performed in newborn boys particularly in the Islamic and Jewish communities 1 2 Although it is a safe and simple procedure as with any surgical technique there is the potential risk of complications Approximately 02 to 3 of patients undergo a subsequent operative procedure after circumcision 1 We present a paediatric case of epidermal cyst of the penis to highlight a rare complication of circumcision that can be preventable by attention and taking care while attempting surgery
