Abstract

Die arthroskopische Ersatzplastik des vorderen und/oder hinteren Kreuzbandes VKB und HKB gehört in vielen orthopädischen und traumatologischen Einrichtungen zur alltäglichen Operationsroutine Neben der exakten Positionierung der Bohrkanäle die einen möglichst anatomischen intraartikulären Verlauf der autogenen Transplantate sicher stellen sollen 1 2 wird die gelenknahe Fixation angestrebt um einem vorzeitigen Auslockern bzw Versagen der Ersatzplastik vorzubeugen In der aktuellen Literatur werden unzählige Fixationsmöglichkeiten propagiert 3 4 wobei erstaunlicherweise in den wenigsten – häufig biomechanischen – Studien über die Präparation bzw Erstellung des Transplantats berichtet wirdArthroscopic anterior and posterior cruciate ligament ACL and PCL reconstructions are standard surgical procedures in many orthopedic and trauma departments The exact anatomical positioning of the graft as well as the fixation close to the joint are important factors to prevent graft failure due to premature loosening and create a stable intraarticular situation In the current literature many fixation methods are proposed but the graft preparation itself is not mentioned in many of these often biomechanical studies
