Abstract

SBAPrNH2 was found to be a sui table and efficient catalyst for the condensation of acenaphthenequinone malononitrile/ethylcyanoacetate and αmethylencarbonyl compounds via a simple facile efficient and threecomponent procedure The corresponding product was found to have a surprising antimicrobial activity
