Abstract
New nanosphere supports were prepared and characterized for the immobilization of glucose oxidase from Aspergillus niger Nanoparticles APStio APStioCH3 and APStioCl modified aminomethylpolystyrene APS with some tyophenealdehyde derivatives were synthesized by means of condensation and we investigated the enzymatic properties of glucose oxidase enzyme GOx immobilized on them Modified polystyrene was characterized by IR spectra gel permeation chromatography and scanning electron microscopy Immobilized GOx on APStioCH3 showed a optimum pH whereas immobilized GOx on APStio and APStioCl performed the optimum condition at two pHs
