Abstract

The use of raster grids is examined in the design of highprecision digital photoelectric transducers for modular and component deflection measurement heads used in two and threecoordinate instruments for measurement of linear and angular displacements An extremal counting interpolation coordinate dimensioning system is used as an example of sensing transducer utilization
