Abstract
The factors producing this deformity were not very obvious and could not reasonably be explained It has been assumed that the angulation of the cervical spine has interfered with the spinal cord and roots producing symptoms simulating amyotrophic lateral sclerosisA general review of the literature has been attempted demonstrating the rarity of such conditions and the necessity for publication of similar cases and further study of the factors involved It is hoped that by these means treatment of such cases in the future may be improved
