Abstract
A rapid highly selective and sensitive method was developed for detecting fluoroglycofenethyl in soybean seed plant and soil using UPLCMS–MS The detection limits of fluoroglycofenethyl in soybean seed plant and soil were 05 1 and 1 μg kg−1 respectively Recoveries ranged from 834 to 992 in which intraday RSDs were from 13 to 67 and interday RSDs were from 19 to 70 In the dissipation study the halflives of fluoroglycofenethyl were 348 Shanxi and 485 h Heilongjiang in soil and 433 h in soybean plant in both locations The residues of fluoroglycofenethyl in all samples were below LODs 30 days before and during harvest
