Abstract

It is shown that in linear pharmacokinetics the blood concentrationtime curves determine the model to a certain extent but not completely Intervals of indetermination for the parameters are calculated and represented by a simple graph Each additional measurement of unchanged drug in urine of metabolites in blood or in urine will help to reduce these intervals A unique model can be elaborated only in certain cases or with additional hypotheses Utilizing data from the literature numerical applications are detailed
