Abstract
A 28yearold woman developed fluoroquinoloneinduced multisystem adverse effects following treatment with levofloxacin The woman received a 7day course of levofloxacin 750 mg/day for a sinus infection This course was followed by a 10day course of levofloxacin 750 mg/day as a precaution after sinus surgery During her second levofloxacin course she experienced emergence of symptoms which included severe widespread tendon muscle and joint pains muscle weakness peripheral nervous somatic sensory autonomic and special
