Abstract
Colorectal cancer is the fourth most commonly diagnosed cancer in the world and is more commonly diagnosed in developed countries Colorectal cancer usually metastasizes to the lymph nodes liver lung bone and brain 1 Most cases of testicular metastasis are incidental findings on autopsy 2 Cases can present with testicular complaints after or before the diagnosis of colorectal cancer In a 2010 literature review there have been 33 documented cases of testicular metastasis from rectal or colonic carcinoma 3This is a case of a 52yearold male who underwent a screening colonoscopy Colonoscopy revealed a 40cm ulcerated mass in the sigmoid colon at 20 cm from the anal verge and a 30cm ulcerated mass in the rectum at 15 cm from the anal verge Biopsies obtained during colonoscopy revealed a moderately differentiated invasive adenocarcinoma of the rectum and a separate tubulovillous adenoma of the sigmoid containing highgrade glandular
