Abstract

Inulin extracted from Dahlia single L tubers has been standardized Procedures for the quantitative determination of the main substance inulin and bound glucose have been developed Their contents are 9572±105 and 438±085 respectively Some physicochemical properties of inulin including surface activity micelle formation ability and solubilization ability have been studied
