Abstract

5NIsopropylthiocarbamoyl and 5Nallylthiocarbamoylderivatives of 4arylhetarylspinaceamine were synthesized in order to study their biological activity The reaction of histamine with various aryl and hetarylaldehydes produced 4arylhetarylspinaceamines which were heated with isopropylisothiocyanate or allylisothiocyanate in EtOH to give 5Nisopropylthiocarbamoyl or 5Nallylthiocarbamoyl4arylhetaryl spinaceamines
