Abstract

The patient is a 3yearold female diagnosed with PRETEXT IV hepatoblastoma HB Although the tumor was decreased after the neoadjuvant chemotherapy HB still located at the porta hepatis The patient underwent extended left lobectomy successfully after surgical simulation using threedimensional 3D printing liver model based on preoperative CT
