Abstract
The successful use of nitric oxide NO inhalation in a critically ill neonate with Ebsteins anomaly of the tricuspid valve is reported for the first time This use of inhaled NO therapy suggests a therapeutic intervention that directly addresses the pathophysiologic process of severe neonatal Ebsteins anomaly
