Abstract
We describe a pulse shaper based on a combination of a 4fline and a digital light processor DLP system composed by independently addressable micromirrors The DLP system allows to control the spectrum of a femtosecond laser with a high resolution up to 30 GHz Experimental results are in excellent agreement with the theory describing the spectral characteristics of the pulse shaper and they are recently used to cool the vibration and the rotation of cesium molecules
