Abstract
Leffet de la quantité déchantillon injectésur le temps de rétention de diverses substances en chromatographie en phase gazeuse sur polymeres microporeux Poropak Q Chromosorb 101 Chromosorb 102 a été étudié Le temps de retention décroit quand la quantité déchantillon croît mais le point ou la queue du pic rencontre la ligne de base ne dépende pas de la quantité mg injectée et ce fait permet didentifier une substance donnée Nous montrons que cette particularité est due à ladsorption comme cela a lieu sur un adsorbant typiqueThe effect of the amount of injected sample on the retention time of various substances in columns of microporous polymers Porapak Q Chromosorb 101 Chromosorb 102 has been examinated Retention time decreases when sample size increases but the point where the tail of the peak and the base line intersect does not depend on the injected mg and this fact allows the identification of a given substance We point out that this particularity is due to the adsorption just as it occurs with typical adsorbentsDer Einfluß der Substanzmenge auf die Retentionszeit verschiedener Stoffe in Kolonnen mit microporösen Polymeren Porapak Q Chromosorb 101 Chromosorb 102 wurde untersucht Die Retentionszeit nimmt mit wachsenden Substanzmengen ab aber der Punkt wo der Teil des Peak die Basislinie trifft ist von der Substanzmenge mg unabhängig wodurch die Erkennung der einzelnen Komponenten möglich wird Es wird festgestellt daß die Ursache dieser besonderen Erscheinigung eine Adsorption ist dergleichen Art wie die die bei typischen Adsorbenten vorkommt
