Abstract
Optothermal radiometry and the condenserchamber TEWL transepidermal water loss method are two novel technologies for invivo skin studies In this paper for the first time we combine the measurement results of the two technologies and study the stratum corneum water concentration distribution water status in stratum corneum stratum corneum thickness as well as its swelling effects and stratum corneum waterholding capabilities We present both the theoretical background and illustrative measurement results
