Abstract

Hollow LiNiO2 fibers have been prepared with a capillary spinneret electrospinning technique combined with the sol–gel method and the possible mechanism for the fabrication of the hollow fibers was discussed The xerogel fibers and those calcined at different temperatures were characterized by thermogravimetric TG analysis Xray diffractometry XRD Fourier transform infrared FTIR spectrum transmission electron microscopy TEM scanning electron microscopy SEM and etc The Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone PVP has an important role in the formation of hollow LiNiO2 fibers
