Abstract
LambertEaton myasthenic syndrome LEMS belongs to the family of autoimmune disorders affecting the neuromuscular junction NMJ Autoantibodies against voltage gated calcium channels VGCC of P/Qtype can be detected in most cases whereas antibodies against Ntype VGCC can be found less frequently 1 2 3 Among the various clinical presentation forms of LEMS “dropped head syndrome” has been reported only once so far 3 Here we describe a clinical case that presented with a “dropped head syndrome” and with autoantibodies against Ntype VGCC
