Abstract
The polarization dependence of the Raman spectra of a single ultrawide βGa2O3 nanobelt was studied The spectra were found to strongly depend on the relative angle between the polarization of the incident light and the axis of the βGa2O3 nanobelt Such behavior was ascribed to the large length to width ratio of the nanostructure and its small dielectric constant The ultrawide βGa2O3 nanobelt was fabricated using catalystfree thermal chemical vapor depositionThis article is published under an open access license Please check the Copyright Information section for details of this license and what reuse is permitted If your intended use exceeds what is permitted by the license or if you are unable to locate the licence and reuse information please contact the Rights and Permissions team
