Multiple pion production associated with Math

Abstract

The multiple pion production with bar K0 in the 126 GeV/c K−p reaction is studied and it is shown that in this reaction not only the protons behave as the « leading particles » but also the Kmesons do Moreover if the contribution of bar K and/or Δ1236 is taken into account it is found that the residual pion production is isotropic in the rest system of the missing mass without bar K0 and/or proton or Δ1236 In addition the onefireball model parametrized by the doubleRegge formula is calculated and it is shown that this model reproduces well the momentum distributions of the pions in the centreofmass system of K− and protonИсследуестся множественное рождение пионов свяэанное с bar K0 в реакции K−p при 126 ГзВ/с Покаэывается что в зтой реакции не только протоны нельэя рассматривать как « основные частицы » но и Кмеэоны тоже Кроме того если учитывается вклад bar K или Δ1236 или оба вклада вместе то получается что рождение пиона является иэотропным в системе покоя недостаюшей массы беэ bar K0 или bar K или протона или Δ1236 или обеих частиц вместе Помимо зтого рассчитывается модель одного файрбола параметриэованная с помошью двойной Редже формулы Покаэывается что зта модель хорощо воспроиэводит импульсные распределения пионов в системе центра масс K− и протонаSi studia la produzione multipla di pioni con bar K0 nella reazione K−p di 126 GeV/c e si dimostra che in questa reazione non solo i protoni si comportano come particelle principali ma anche i mesoni K Inoltre se si prende in considerazione il contributo di bar K e/o Δ1236 si trova che la produzione residua di pioni è isotropica nel sistema di quiete della massa mancante senza bar K e/o protone o Δ1236 In aggiunta si calcola il modello di una « fireball » parametrizzato dalla formula di Regge doppia e si dimostra che questo modello riproduce bene le distribuzioni dell’impulso dei pioni nel sistema del centro di massa del K− e del protone
